​The H Series impellers manufactured by Multi-Wing are the smallest in diameter and therefore most suited to smaller cooling and ventilation applications, such as forklifts, farming machinery, and refrigeration units. The blade profile of the H Series varies from airfoil to sickle in increasing arcs depending on the airflow volume and static pressure required.

Small impellers for high efficiency and low noise

H Series

Multi-Wing

Given the size of the Z Series impellers manufactured by Multi-Wing, they are suited to a variety of demanding applications, including heavy-duty vehicles, earth-moving equipment, trains, wood drying kilns, and radiator cleaning. Z Series fans can also be fabricated using truly reversible blades to produce equal airflow in both directions, making them perfect for underground applications.

Medium-sized impellers for demanding airflow conditions

Z Series

Up to 2,400 mm in diameter, the W Series impellers manufactured by Multi-Wing can be powered by low-speed motors and still provide high-performance while consuming less energy, making them ideal for large gen sets, earth-moving equipment, and trains, as well as cooling towers. Unlike the H Series and Z Series impellers, those of the W Series allow for blade pitch angles of 1º increments.

Large impellers for low power consumption and high performance

W Series

At a maximum diameter of 3,500 mm, the G Series axial impellers are the largest produced by Multi-Wing. They are ideal for large-scale applications that require high airflow volume, such as cooling towers, condensers, and HVAC/R. The G Series fans are highly efficient and particularly quiet. The G Series blades come in the 1G sickle and 10G airfoil profile – both of which can rotate counter- or clockwise – depending on the airflow volume and static pressure required.

Extra-large impellers for high airflow volume and low noise

G Series

SPAL Automotive’s range of axial and centrifugal electric fans are engineered for reliability in even the harshest operating environments. Designed for compact installations where space or belt-driven options are limited, these fans deliver consistent, high-output airflow with excellent efficiency. Available in both 12 and 24 V DC, they feature sealed motors and durable construction, making them ideal for on- and off-road applications alike. We offer a variety of configurations – including puller and pusher options, different blade profiles, and variable speed control – so that your thermal system performs optimally, whatever the conditions.

Mounting viscous clutches to your high-performance axial fans facilitates a much wider range of modulation than purely mechanical fans. The drives enable you to run fans on demand instead of perpetually, which puts the engine under a constant load, shortening its service life. Our viscous drives improve energy consumption – and therefore lower carbon emissions – and reduce noise.  We custom design both bi-metal (air sensing) and electronically controlled fan clutches depending on the application requirements.

Please note: Our fan clutches are supplied for large-scale applications only and are not available for one-off purchases.
