Radiator fans

We work closely with radiator manufacturers, equipment OEMs, and cooling-system designers to develop fan configurations around the complete installation. By considering the radiator core, shroud, airflow resistance, available space, drive speed, and operating conditions together, we can help specify a fan that delivers the required cooling performance without unnecessary power consumption or noise.

 

This is especially important in mobile equipment operating in dusty, debris-heavy environments. As material collects on the radiator core, resistance increases and the fan must work against changing system pressure. We therefore select the fan for the expected operating range, rather than only for a clean radiator, helping it maintain effective airflow as conditions become more restrictive. Where appropriate, a reversible configuration can also help clear debris from the radiator face.

 

Multi-Wing’s modular axial impellers give us a wide range of blade profiles, hub sizes, pitch angles, blade counts, and materials to work with. These variables can be combined to match the required airflow and pressure while remaining within the application’s limits for diameter, speed, power, noise, and durability.

 

This flexibility supports new cooling-system development, replacement applications, and complete radiator and fan assemblies. The result is a solution configured to fit the available space, suit the drive and rotation, and perform reliably across the equipment’s working range.
