Cooling towers place constant demand on fan systems. Exposure to sun, moisture, corrosion, and continuous operation means the right fan needs to be efficient, durable, quiet, and suited to the tower’s operating conditions.

Cooling towers

We supply customised cooling tower fan solutions for induced- and forced-draft applications.

We work with large axial impellers suited to high airflow applications including cooling towers, condensers, and industrial HVAC/R systems. Our cooling tower fan solutions can be specified for both induced-draft and forced-draft cooling tower systems. 

 

Our glass-reinforced polyamide blades from Multi-Wing are made using high-pressure injection moulding. This creates a strong, uniform blade structure designed to withstand the centrifugal forces, cyclic loading, and fatigue stress found in large cooling tower applications. 

 

Because these blades can operate at higher tip speeds, our fans can often be paired directly with an electric motor instead of relying on belts, pulleys, or gearboxes to reduce fan speed. The result is a simpler system with fewer mechanical losses, fewer components to maintain, and lower long-term failure risk.
